Make the most of the extras that CVS/pharmacy offers with our ExtraCare® customer rewards program. Every time you make a purchase, either online or in-store, you’ll earn ExtraCare® program rewards, or ExtraBucks Rewards®. Every 3 months your ExtraBucks Rewards® will print on your store register receipt, or you can view, print and redeem your ExtraBucks Rewards® online.
It’s easy to manage your ExtraCare rewards® online.
Now you can manage, view and redeem your ExtraCare rewards® online in a few simple clicks. To begin, you will need to create an online account. If you already have an account, go to the ExtraCare® page and follow the instructions to attach an ExtraCare® card. Once you have signed in to your account and attached an ExtraCare® card, go to the ExtraCare® page and click on the Current Rewards tab to view your rewards.
To print your coupons for in-store purchases, begin by signing in to your account. After you sign in, go to the ExtraCare® page and click on the Current Rewards tab. Click on the reward description for your printable coupon. Remember to check the expiration date to make sure you use your coupons before they expire. To use your rewards on coupons for an online order, click on the Coupons/ExtraCare Rewards® button in your Shopping Cart. From there you can choose which rewards you want to use for your order.
You can attach a different card to your account.
To attach a different ExtraCare® Card to your CVS/pharmacy account, sign in to your account and click on ExtraCare®. From there, click on the Card Information tab where you will be asked to enter your Card number, last name and phone number. Once you have completed this information, your account will be updated with the ExtraCare® balances for the card entered. All rewards for online purchases will now be reflected on this ExtraCare® card, and you will be able to redeem those rewards online at Checkout or at any CVS/pharmacy location. You can also remove a card from your account at anytime by clicking on the Card Information tab and then clicking on Remove Card from Online Account.

We value your privacy and make it a strict policy to never give or sell any specific information about you to any manufacturer or direct marketers. As an extra service to our valued customers, we can send you special offers and information that are customized based on your purchases. We may at times use an outside processing company as our agent to help print and send mailings. Beyond your name and address, these agents do not receive any personal information and are bound to strict confidentiality. You can change your preference for receiving offers by email on the Email page in My Account.

ExtraBucks Rewards® are issued quarterly — on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. You can use your quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards® for in-store or online purchases.
Only quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards® can be reissued, as long as the coupon has not gone beyond its expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be reissued. Circular ExtraBucks Rewards® can only be used for in-store purchases and must be used before their expiration date.
Yes. We can transfer the balances from your lost card to a new card and mail the card to you. It takes 7-10 business days to arrive by mail. To transfer your balances to a new card, just call 1-800-SHOP-CVS and a representative will be happy to assist you.
In order to access your ExtraCare account online, you will need to Sign In orSign Upfor an online account and attach your ExtraCare card. If you have an online account but haven’t attached your card yet, sign in and then click on ExtraCare at the top of the page. On the right you will see a link toAttach your Card now. If you continue to have issues, you can either call or email the ExtraCare department and ask a representative to verify that we have your current information on file for your ExtraCare account. If the information is not current, a representative will be happy to update it for you.
