The person taking the appointment asked me if I wanted 60 or 90 minutes. I answered 90 and she confirmed 90 but the masseuse only does the 50 minute massage. Never had this masseuse before and she was just so so.

you are not reasonable with the membership program and make it very difficult to cancel. Sessions are marketed as 60 minutes but they are more like 45 lately the therapists have been average at best
